Positions Available:


Title and License Clerk

This position is an integral piece of our business office and interfaces with customers, and our employees regarding the title and licensing of vehicles. We are looking for an individual who has the desire to learn our business, enjoys working independently and as part of team.

Responsibilities:

  • Process all new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled.
  • Prepare tax and title documents.
  • Submit all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles.
  • Maintain a system to verify out-of-state titles.
  • Compile and maintains a complete list of all outstanding title work.
  • Sign over titles for all wholesalers
  • Stay abreast of title regulations. Attend seminars held by local licensing bureaus and any available training on title regulations.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and a organized work area.

Client Advisor

As a BMW Client Advisor, you'll be at the forefront of the automotive industry, promoting our largest ever model range, working with technologies that make motoring a sophistication and sustainable mobility a reality.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be primarily responsible for generating sales of new vehicles to prospective purchasers, maximizing dealership profitability and maintaining an exceptional standard of customer care.

 
Responsibilities will include:

  • Initiating and maintaining relationships with customers through outbound sales activities
  • Taking customers through a thorough needs analysis and making suitable product recommendations.
  • Organizing test drives
  • Negotiating deals with customers
  • Accurately logging activities on the internal lead management system
  • Generating leads for BMW Financial Services and the Aftersales Team
  • Delivering sold vehicles personally to ensure quality service and to generate referrals
  • Conducting business development and networking activities to generate sales

About you

Specific skills required

  • Prior automotive sales experience not necessary. We are willing to train and develop the right person.
  • Individuals with a background in the hospitality and/or restaurant industry are strongly encouraged to apply
  • Experience representing a luxury brand helpful but not necessary
  • Self-driven and motivated to achieve results
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience generating and/or building a loyal client base highly regarded
  • Knowledge of current trends and news, plus a strong desire to learn more and do more

Technician

BMW of Murray is excited to add to our team of experienced, professional technicians. This is a key position within the dealership, and we are looking for an exceptional candidate to work with the service team.

Our team understands the BMW brand and enjoys the unique vehicles and owners. We strive to deliver a superior level of customer service and will provide training, with a guarantee in the first 90 days, then move to flat rate.

Responsibilities 

  • Repair and diagnose vehicles. 
  • Have excellent communication with service advisors, team leader, and manager. 
  • Be responsible for quality work, and maintain the standards set by the BMW brand and BMW of Murray. 
  • Must have own tools, prefer experience at a dealership or independent shop, be able to work independently or as part of a team, and exhibit honesty and integrity in the workplace.

Qualifications

  • Dedicated and Reliable individual who has excellent work ethic. 
  • Provide exceptional Customer Service. 
  • Able to work on Saturdays. 
  • Able to learn new technology, and adapt to change. 
  • Must have a clean driving record. 
We are a drug free environment, and do random testing throughout the year. Employees typically work 45 or more hours per week.
