Ballet-West

We choose to support the Utah Food Bank each year because they are one of the only food pantries in the country that offer food distribution for free. They are also a unique organization in that only 4% of their budget goes towards administrative costs.

The Utah Food Bank prepares 2,000 meals every day in their on-site kitchen for after-school programs all across the Wasatch front. The Utah Food Bank also has a mobile food truck that visits over 85 schools each month, offering any kids as much food as they can carry.

The Utah Food Bank has great buying power. For every dollar, they are able to purchase about $8 worth of food!

In the past 3 years, we have raised over $14,000 for Utah Food Bank, and we have collected over 1,000 lbs of canned/boxed food.

Girls-On-The-Run

Visit Girls on The Run

GOTR Utah is part of the national Girls On The Run program, which strives to bring quality education and outdoor activities to all girls. Most importantly, Girls On The Run inspires girls to be joyful, healthy, and confident through running. These learned habits changes lives and last a lifetime.

We have sponsored GOTR’s Annual Sneaker Soiree at Sunset 2 years in a row now. In 2020, since the event was virtual, we delivered over 25 party baskets and flower arrangements to homes & businesses across the valley, as The Official Delivery Sponsor. Together, we helped Girls On The Run raise over $114,000! This ensures that no girl is turned away from the program from the inability to pay. It also helps the program provide healthy snacks, shoes, and scholarships to girls.

We are proud to support Girls On The Run and their mission to help rebuild the community for future girls and generations to come. “Together, we can truly move mountains.”

Cars 4 Kids Foundation is a Utah non-profit organization “dedicated to providing comfort, happiness, and monetary support to critically ill or injured children through events focused around the shared passion for the automotive community!”

Cars 4 Kids hosts an annual 4-Day Drive, where we, along with dozens of others, drive our best cars across the state to showcase them and benefit Ronald McDonald House. The drive ends at RMH in Salt Lake City, where the children and their families get to participate in games, raffles, food, and seeing the cars.

We also participate in Cars 4 Kids’ annual Trunk or Treat in Murray.

Cars 4 Kids hosts some of the most rewarding events. There is nothing like seeing a child’s face light up when they see our cars, and seeing the parents share their child’s joy for that moment. We are proud and honored to support Cars 4 Kids and Ronald McDonald House Utah.

Neighborhood-House

Each year, Neighborhood House provides more than 55,000 days of care and serves more than 100,000 meals to more than 500 children and adults. Neighborhood House’s mission is to “enrich, empower, and educate children and adults through quality, affordable day care and support services.”

Firmage Group Automotive is proud to support Neighborhood House. In 2020 we raised over $3,400 for the Adult Services at Neighborhood House by participating in their virtual dance celebration.

Murray-Education-Foundation

We believe in participating in & giving back to our local community here in Murray, Utah. We also believe in equal education opportunity and that no child deserves to go hungry. That is why we choose to support the Murray Education Foundation. Their mission is “to promote and recognize excellence in Murray schools by encouraging contributions and building partnerships to enhance education.”

During the first two weeks of February, we ran a campaign called Share The Love (parallel with Valentine’s Day), where for every vehicle purchased, we donated $20 to the Murray Education Foundation.

All donations went to help stock food pantries at schools. These food pantries are available freely to kids who come to school hungry.

We raised just over $1,000 during the first two weeks of February for the Murray Education Foundation! Thanks to every car purchase that contributed to the campaign. We are proud to support the Murray city school district and we are honored to participate in the community.
