This is my Second new BMW car purchase from BMW of Murray and David Johansson. David handles BMW of Murry's European Delivery Sales. Having done Two European Deliveries to pickup and Drive our new BMW's in Germany - Europe is a vacation experience that I recommend highly.
David helped us with the entire process from Ordering our car, scheduling our ED date through the Re-Delivery process back at BMW of Murray. Should you have the opportunity to experience a new BMW and the ED choice (Which actually gives you a discount on the BMW) I would contact David for a Vacation and new BMW Souvenir you simply won't Ever Forget!

Evan took care of us fantastically -- even from an out of country standpoint as we were moving internationally from Ireland to Utah. He handled everything very professionally from first contact to delivery of our new X5 -- inc taking care of aftermarket wheels and tyres!! Thanks Evan!!

I had met Evan while I was in a prior lease with a 3 series and an X3. It was time for me to scale down to one car. Evan had asked me to give him a shot with my next lease. I live in Las Vegas, so in June 2011 it was time to order. Called Evan on the phone, he got back to me with pricing, I indicated to him what I would like to pay for the car, he got back in touch with me promptly and the deal was done. By days end the car was ordered and going into production. When it came time for the delivery, he picked me up from the airport and brought me back to the dealership and the paperwork was finished in minutes and then took me out to my new 3 series and took me through the car. I was amazed at what I had missed in my prior 3 series lease of not knowing some of the features. He truly took the time to make sure I understood what a fantastic car it is!! Thanks Evan for a great leasing experience. Evan is very knowlegable about the car and has a good eye for the options and combinations to make your car look GREAT! I look forward to my next experience with Evan and Murray BMW.

Quality customer service is what most businesses claim they have. In the case of BMW of Murray, they definitely have quality customer service. Since I was planning on spending thousands of dollars on a new sports car, I wanted to know everything about the buying process, maintenance, service warranties, etc. During my time dealing with them, I have made repeated phone calls and have sent endless emails asking about this and that. And every single time, not only did I receive a timely response, but a detailed answer to my question as well. The friendliness of the staff, their professional work ethics combined with their willingness to make the customer happy are traits more than enough to give this dealership 5 stars.

Great experience in every respect. Had been in contact with two other BMW dealers looking for an allocation for an X3 35i with little hope of a build in the next two months. BMW of Murray had one and matched the best offer I had received. The SAV was delivered before it was promised and in flawless condition, including the finest application of a clear bra that I have ever seen. Evan Gray made the process of ordering a vehicle absolutely painless and kept us from making a serious mistake with interior leather colors and wood grain accents. He had answers to every question and went out of his way to keep us up to date. Evan even came in on his day off to deliver our X3 and handle the in and out sell of our former vehicle, a huge convenience to us and it saved almost $2000 in sales tax! We will be recommending Evan and BMW of Murray without reservation and I am confident that our service needs in the future wiill be handled with equal customer care.

I had the pleasure of ordering my custom X5 through Evan Gray. I am truly a car officianado but Evan is the first salesperson that knew more about the car than I do. Evan Gray was such a pleasure to work with! From my first phone conversation with him to the day he handed over the keys to our new BMW to us he was very professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. Evan worked hard to get the trade-in value we needed for our car. This was not an easy task but Evan stayed in constant contact with us until we were able to reach a deal that would work for us.
